Award winning Principal Brian Hastie commenced business in the Forest Lake in 1995 as Forest Lake Property Consultants and later as Brian Hastie Real Estate. Kirsten was involved in the Forest Lake Development selling land for the developer.
Brian Hastie and Kirsten Moylan have a reputation for their honest, caring approach to clients. Their aim is to make buying, selling and renting as stress free as possible. Both have over 30 years experience.

Brian Hastie
Brian Hastie is a fully Licensed Agent with over thirty years experience in the Real Estate Industry and is a MULTI AWARD WINNING AGENT.
Brian worked for Delfin Lend Lease at Forest Lake from the very beginning selling new and established homes in the emerging community. Brian later commenced his own business Forest Lake Property Consultants handling Property Management as this service was badly needed in the area. Brian Hastie Real Estate was established in 2002. The brand was highly respected in both Brisbane and later New South Wales.
Over the years Brian has owned and operated 9 real estate companies. He is experienced as a Sales Agent, property valuer, stock and station agent, strata manager and building manager for five star holiday accommodation.
Brian is an excellent communicator and negotiator. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation giving him expertise in this area. There are few agents in Queensland with Brian’s level of experience.
Following the sale of Brian’s business in NSW he decided to return home to Brisbane where it all began, back to helping property owners in the Forest Lake area. He resides in the local area himself with his partner and their two puppies. He is very proud to have been involved in the growth of the area. Forest Lake is one of Brisbane’s most popular suburbs.
Kirsten Moylan
Kirsten’s real estate career spans over 20 years.
Kirsten has vast real estate experience having sold houses and managed a successful sales team within the First National franchise as well as over a decade selling land and houses for developer Delfin Lend Lease.
She is dedicated to exceptional service and results and has been recognised for her outstanding sales performance many times at a National level.
Kirsten is a very down to earth person, a strong communicator, highly skilled and experienced professional who holds her clients best interests above all else.
